Access Solutions

We chose to hire Access Solutions (the highest of the three bids we received) to remodel our master bathroom shower, and we are VERY happy with the result! Chris was wonderful to work with and had some great suggestions. Barbara helped us choose the perfect materials, and the crews were respectful and skilled. It took two weeks, but we're very happy with the outcome!

I had some work done last week at my apartment. I am so pleased with the workmanship and the men doing the work. Both Christian and Cruz are true craftsmen. Great company! Eric the owner was wonderful to work with. He has a great team of guys who installed a chair lift in my home for my disabled mom. They were professional and did an excellent job. I will definitely use them for other modifications in my home.

Was waiting for a week and a 1/2 for a quote for a lift never got one. Phone calls were never returned either.

We were quoted two weeks to install a walk in shower for our disabled family member. Here we are on week four. My wife made plans around her schedule to make sure we accommodated their schedule and guess what an entire week wasted on no shows and absolutely no communication whatsoever, excuse after excuse when we had to reach out to Eric. The first two days of demo were an absolute disaster. The crew did not setup any type of barriers to control dust in my home at all. We had to clean a half inch of dust from everything on the 1st level of our home. If they would finish the project if they ever do it actually most of it turned out nice that’s the only real reason for the 2 star, otherwise it would be a zero star. Work on your communication and commitments to your customers, never over promise and under deliver and if so communicate.
